La Macaron Patisserie: Elephant Cake Topper (Baby Abby part 2)

Hi Guys, here we back again, since our last blog last month our kitchen were so busy doing our lovely customers order. From baby full month celebration cakes, birthday party sweet corner, wedding dessert table, regular order for custom birthday cakes plus special interviewed with HighEnd Teen magazine for LaMacaron article. Updating Baby Abby full month cake…after finished make 30 pcs cute little pink elephants, now is the cake assembling. For the base cake we used sacher torte chocolate cake, filling with strawberry jam, sour sweet flavors from strawberry jam balance the bitter sweet of chocolate. Cake was covered with pink fondant and put our cute little pink elephant on top. For tips, because these elephants so heavy ( like real elephant lol ^^ ) water is not enough to glue elephant on top of cake, we added little feet was made from lollilop stick and cut it into our desire size.
